I currently work for RLG. I am a program officer, and work with special collections and other member institutions.

Previous to this, I worked for The Bancroft Library from 1988 to 2001. For years, I was Office Manager at the Regional Oral History Office; then I moved "downstairs" to work for Bancroft proper. I chiefly managed digital library projects for the Bancroft Library. Among my assignments were:

I have expertise in the Encoded Archival Description, more experience working with the Text Encoding Initiative (TEI), have done some dabbling in database design, and long ago I thought I would be a perl programmer. My current new professional interest is METS.
